Praying Through Storm | Let's Talk

This week’s episode is a continuation of our series on the book of Jonah. If you’ve been watching our Sunday live stream service, you know we’ve been covering the story of Jonah for the past couple weeks. His story of being called to do something that seems impossible is a great “roadmap to happiness” for us as we come out of the pandemic.

It’s easy to want to run away from who God is calling us to be and love, and think God is mad at us for doing so. But when God sent the storm to Jonah, he wasn’t punishing him but was calling him back to his purpose. Like Jonah, it is up to us to decide to respond to God’s call and pray through the storm.
