Acclaimed artist Julie Ann Scott has painted for the Queen of England, and has won countless accolades, but her focus suddenly shifted to the prophetic, in art. She painted the storm from Heaven, and then God gave her a prophetic message for these sober times – creating a parallel between the time of WWII and our period now as WWIII possibly looms.
